Pasta!!

These days, I eat pasta often as my dinner.
Usually, I eat bread, egg, yogurt and fruit as breakfast, and sandwich as lunch. Both are simple to make.
And, dinner is a bit more special. It takes time to make.
Sometimes, I eat chiken or fish fillet with potato and salad. And other option is usually pasta.
Yesterday was white one. Today is red one.
But, cream pasta is still difficult to make for me~ :(
So, tomato pasta is better to eat at home although I like cream pasta more.
And I found that spagetti is more delicious than penne.
Maybe..it becuase spagetti is thinner than penne?
But I am not good at boiling spagetti. It is cutted so much when I eat it. 
I'm not sure why. Maybe, boiling techniques? or.. because it is whole wheat pasta?
Actually, it is not normal one. Because I am trying to eat low GI food, I choose the whole wheat pasta.
So, the color of pasta is a bit darker than others.
But, I like whole meal food. It makes me feel that I eat something very healthy. hehehe..
Anyway, I'll try to reduce the boiling time at next trying.

4th day log

 4th day.. I lost 0.1-0.2kg today.
Within 4 days, I lose around 1kg. That's nice.
I didn't go toilet today. Umm...but it's OK.
I hope tomorrow will be fine.
And the bagel was amazing, really tastes good!
I ate that with cafe latte. It was a perfact lunch for me. Umm..yammy!
Because bagel is a bit hard, it doesn't get moist easily. so.. good for lunch box.

From next week, I'll record and keep the meal plan and shopping list for the time after finishing tesco diet. It gonna be some references. Actually, shopping list service is really useful.

Cheers for tomorrow either.
